As the founder, it is important to know that I’m truly passionate about helping people of all abilities live their best lives. For me, it’s about making sure people have the support they need to achieve their goals, fulfill their needs, and go after the things they truly want or are passionate about. Everyone deserves a life that’s happy, fulfilling, and successful, and I’m committed to being part of that journey.

Whether it’s helping someone gain confidence, learn new skills, or overcome challenges, I believe in creating opportunities that empower people to thrive and reach their full potential in their life goals and happiness.

I started working with young adults with disabilities when I welcomed students with Down syndrome, autism, and traumatic brain injuries into my science and cooking classrooms at Greenfield High School.  In November of 2018, I suffered a traumatic brain injury when my car was rear-ended while I was stopped at a light. I truly understood what it was like to be disabled during my three years of recovery.

After my recovery, I began working for the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin (DSAW). During this time, I provided instruction and help on Daily Living Skills and also organized small and large group outings into the community.  I also spent time as a case coordinator and managed about 40 cases at a time.

Most recently, I was an IRIS consultant with TMG managing over 52 cases.

Our mission is to empower individuals of all abilities to achieve their goals, pursue their dreams, and live happy, fulfilling lives. Through support, resources, and opportunity, we help build confidence, independence, and a brighter future for all.

In my free time, I enjoy time in nature and gardening.  I also enjoy going to movies and Packer games, baking cookies, trying new recipes, and spending time with my beautiful and successful three kids.
